RECALL: First Birthday Hats Due to Chocking Hazard

First Birthday Party Hats Recalled by Creative Expressions Due to Choking Hazard. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named above, today announced a voluntary recall of the more than 43,000 first birthday party hats by Creative Expressions of Indiana.
