You can find serenity and peace anywhere, anytime and meditate without effort anytime, anywhere. Come learn simple tools and techniques to re-connect with yourself through meditation. Meditation does not have to be hard or take hours - joins us as we explore meditation and how fun and easy it can be to re-connect with yourself, the earth, and your truth!
